Vacuum technology is the technology required to establish a physical environment below atmospheric pressure, as well as to conduct process manufacturing, physical measurements, and scientific experiments in this environment. Vacuum technology mainly includes four aspects: vacuum acquisition, vacuum measurement, vacuum leak detection, and vacuum application. In the development of vacuum technology, these four aspects of technology are mutually reinforcing.
